First and foremost I am a leadership and transition coach and believe in investing time with clients to really understand their needs and perspectives - helping them flourish and have valuable time to think.
Leadership coaching is a focussed partnership , a relationship between us in which we explore questions , ambiguity and doubts about your identity and purpose as a leader - helping you to lead and live from who you really are. As your coach, I will work with you to help you to where you want to go.
Transition coaching for individuals in vocation transition - working with leaders who have had successful careers but have reached the halftime of life and when all you have done doesn't have the same meaning and you are unsure of what your calling is for the next part of life journey.
I am passionate about organisational development , systems thinking and improvement and supporting people to thrive in their chosen field. I am proud to be a graduate of the Meyler Campbell Business Coach Programme http://www.meylercampbell.com and an MBTI practitioner (Step 1 and 11), and a licensed user of the MTQ48 Mental Toughness Questionnaire.
